Contemplating Colour
Contemplating Colour is an ongoing research of colour, light and surfaces. This buzzword unites the most diverse considerations of colour – both in an applied context in the sense of company cooperations and in research-based experimentation. The term Contemplating Colour also describes a series of workshops on colour held at various art colleges over the last years.
Colour Totem (top image) is an experimental research on coloured light and shadow and the influence on materialised colour.
Colour Cards (bottom images) are examples taken from our extensive formula guide archive of the past decades and past projects.
Contemplating Colour ist eine fortwährende Erforschung von Farbe, Licht und Oberflächen. Dieser Begriff vereint die unterschiedlichsten Betrachtungen von Farbe – sowohl im angewandten Kontext im Sinne von Firmenkooperationen als auch im forschenden Experimentieren. Der Begriff Contemplating Colour beschreibt auch eine Reihe von Workshops zum Thema Farbe, die in den letzten Jahren an verschiedenen Kunsthochschulen durchgeführt wurden.
